"I had a wonderful experience speaking with Annabell earlier today. She spent over an hour on the phone with me and provided truly excellent customer service. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to explain everything step by step so I could fully understand my car insurance. Annabell was extremely informative, patient, and kind. She even took the extra time to dig into my previous claims to address specific questions I had and advised me clearly on my current situation. "I thought I understood my current auto insurance coverage until I got connected to Annabell of State Farm. I inquired about other plans in hopes of saving a few hundred dollars. When I talked to Annabell, went over details of State Farm’s auto insurance and their standard coverage and helped me understand what certain terminologies meant.
